Kuzuri Pty Ltd is a discovery and investigative consultancy founded on journalism-grade research discipline and senior corporate and C-suite experience. We support individuals, executors, and their legal advisers with forensic document discovery, regulatory and legislative analysis, asset tracing, and trust and estate governance review. Turning complex, scattered records into clear, evidence-based briefs.
That work sits on a genuine foundation in trust execution and trustee responsibility. Our principal holds an active, senior role within a licensed Australian financial services firm, including a Responsible Entity and Trustee Services provider (AFSL). That's current, working knowledge of how trusts are meant to operate and trustees are required to act, applied directly to matters where trust and estate discovery is at stake.
We're a lean, senior-led practice by design. Every engagement is handled directly. No hand-off to junior staff, no dilution of judgement. That's not a limitation. It's a proven method.

Reviewing trustee and fund conduct against governing documents and obligations, for the benefit of estates, executors, and beneficiaries, grounded in current trustee-services experience.

Tracing operational assets through government records.
Engaged to support the discovery process concerning operational assets previously awarded under Federal Court order. The work used NSW information-access legislation to obtain government department records relevant to the assets' transfer, alongside detailed analysis of regulatory change and the shift of oversight from NSW state government to Local Government Areas following 2019 legislative reform.
Findings were compiled into structured evidentiary briefs to support the client's ongoing proceedings.
Examining trustee conduct on behalf of an estate.
Engaged by the authorised executor of an estate to conduct discovery into the administration of a Family Trust and associated Self Managed Superannuation Fund, examining trustee conduct and its impact on the estate via links to the deceased's status and standing as a trustee and fund member.
The work supported the executor's understanding of governance issues within the trust and fund structure, and informed the estate's response.
